About Emerging Bodies - Kundalini Workshop and Soundbath
As we approach Spring Equinox, it’s a time of renewal and rebirth – the tipping point of light returning and emerging from the darkness.
Kundalini kriyas are a deeply cleansing and effective way to awaken your inner strength and vitality, breath by breath. An alchemic blend of postures, movement, breath, sacred sound and meditation.
Join this cleansing session to shake off sluggish metabolism and the remnants of old emotions and habits that may be holding you back. When our energy flow is continuous and clear, we feel lighter, more creative, playful and radiant.
The gong’s rhythmic overtones impact the body and its meridians and help clear the aura. They infuse every cell and fibre of the body, boosting circulation. This aids release of physical, energetic and emotional blocks to soothe and calm the nerves. The resulting benefits are greater self-awareness and a deeper connection to our inner and outer worlds.

Everyone is welcome. No previous experience necessary.
Wear loose comfortable clothing. Studio mats provided but you may prefer to bring your own. Bring a bottle of water, a cushion/light blanket for comfort. Not suitable during pregnancy. Arrive 10 mins before to settle in the space.

Carolyn McTaggart is an experienced Kundalini Yoga, meditation and gong teacher based in Glasgow. She offers a welcoming space to connect, move, learn, love and heal - to find peace and harmony in mind, body and soul.
