Join us for our third peaceful evening exploring together how nurturing ourselves helps us contribute to healing our world. We are facing greater challenges than ever before. Finding that place in us which is open, steady and deeply compassionate is a tremendous support in maintaining our own wellbeing while also working for social justice and social change.
Together we will share the realities of our work and learn practical techniques for releasing stress, opening our hearts and falling in love with life — even when it hurts. Anyone who cares about our world is warmly welcome to join.
Spaces are limited and advanced booking is required.
“It was great to connect with other people in a safe space, feeling very welcomed and supported. Life can make us caught up in our own bubble of coping, while helping others, very often forgetting our own needs, which leads to disconnect and burnout. A much needed space for folks to gather, share food and connect safely was provided by Euan and Vishwam gently guided us through a heart connecting meditation. Focussing on radical self care was helpful in reminding us to create our own space when we can (and remember!) that we need to look after our own selves too in life. The gathering has helped me to build in regular space in my week for prioritising rest and nature connection, which is proving vital to continually replenish. Still a work in progress and that’s ok!”
— Gaynor
Please note the event is held in a special room in Euan Sutherland’s home with beautiful views of his stunning permaculture forest garden. To respect Euan’s privacy, the address is sent out to everyone who registers but is not made generally public. Thanks for understanding.
