Our latest exhibition showcases work from Glasgow artists Shona Dougall, Christine Sinclair, Sue Steele, and Jo Sunshine, all of whom part of the Whitehouse Artists group meeting regularly at the Whitehouse on Maryhill Locks.
In its previous lives this familiar landmark has been a pub, a lock keepers cottage, and a post office. In 2013 the building was refurbished and is now used as a bike repair shop, gallery, and cafe, providing fantastic community meals every Wednesday.
The space has become a welcome resource for locals in an area of deprivation, enriching lives and introducing people to new areas of interest and activities they can get involved in through workshops and collaborative art projects.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
