This talk will be by Iain Quinn, Clyde Steamers' Historian and tour guide on the Paddle Steamer Waverley. In the talk, Iain will review perhaps one of the most famous Clyde paddle steamers of all time, certainly the most popular. The Jeanie Deans served on the Clyde from 1931-1964 and had a brief spell on the Thames as Queen of the South until scrapped in early 1968. During the event, there will be two models of the ship on display, as well as books for sale about the Jeanie Deans.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
