Welcome to our Movement Park Open Day!
Join us for a family day filled with adrenaline and fun as you try Parkour, BMX, and Skateboarding for FREE.
You'll be able to have a go at some urban sports in a safe and secure environment, led by our Movement Park coaches
- Jump, balance and swing your way around our parkour course
- Grab a bike and learn to ride, hit the ramps or do some tricks
- Challenge yourself with a skateboarding session
We believe that the key to an active lifestyle is learning the fundamentals of movement so you can be confident in any sport or activity for life. If you're looking for something a bit different to do with the kids this weekend come and try out Movement Park at our family open day.
