A wiggly, giggly yoga adventure for 4–8-year-olds! Join Laura for music, movement, and storytelling to spark creativity, build confidence, and teach relaxation techniques—all while having loads of fun!
As a primary school teacher and yoga instructor, Laura is passionate about creating joyful, engaging experiences for children. Her classes help kids explore creativity, manage emotions, and build resilience in a safe, supportive space where every child can grow, play, and thrive.
