The Art of Positive Thinking
Thursdays 13th March – 3rd April, 7 – 8.30pm
If we understand the power of the mind to create our experience we can learn to transform our mental state from negative to positive through meditation. We can then gain the ability to maintain positive wisdom-based attitudes in our daily life and activities. In this way we can radically solve our problems and create causes for lasting happiness.
Discover through the practical timeless wisdom of Buddhist meditation how to apply positive thinking to your own life right now.
Additional Dates: 20 March 2025, 27 March 2025, 03 April 2025
