Unlock the secrets to safer, smarter workouts at our exciting event, "Scientific Fitness and Healthy Lifestyle," on April 10th!
Join us at the Advanced Research Centre, University of Glasgow, for an afternoon packed with practical fitness advice, led by professional trainers and sports experts. Whether you're a university student, a fitness enthusiast, or just curious about the science behind exercise, this free event is your chance to boost your knowledge and skills.
The event features three dynamic stations, each offering hands-on learning. At the Warm-Up Techniques station, you'll discover proper ways to prepare your body for exercise through group coaching, helping to prevent injuries and maximize movement efficiency. The Core Exercises station teaches you the correct techniques for building a strong core while avoiding common mistakes that often lead to strain. Finally, the Stretching and Recovery session will educate you on easing muscle tension and enhancing recovery through guided stretching practices.
Wrap up the day with an interactive Q&A session, where our experts will address your fitness questions and share tips tailored to your needs. Bring along friends and family to this unmissable opportunity to bridge science and sports. Reserve your spot now to take your fitness journey to the next level!
