We’re finally bringing a little Blue Spaces magic to Glasgow, and we would absolutely love to have you there!
We’re hosting a small, cosy evening of deep rest + reset at Stretched on Wednesday 7th May from 5:30–7:30pm, with space for just 8 people.
Here’s what’s in store:
A grounding hour of breathwork, yin & restorative yoga to stretch it all out after the workday
Hot + cold exposure (sauna and cold plunge) to reset your nervous system
Dinner at Sylvan afterwards (optional: additional cost applies, but highly recommended – it’s right next door and so so good)
Venue: Stretched, (GWR very close to Charing Cross)
Come and join us for a little midweek pause to unwind, reconnect with your body, and hang out with some lovely people. It'll be so nice to see some familiar faces and some new ones!
Tickets are £49 and with only 8 spots available they won't be around for long.
We can't wait! We've waited far too long to make this happen.
