Meditation & Mindset Group for kids & teens.

Teaching kids meditation at a young age will help them deal with thoughts, feelings & situations throughout their life more easily.

Using guided visualization, participants will learn how to calm themselves down when thoughts & feelings take over them.

Classes are held weekly in Cumbernauld, Mount Vernon & Riddrie.

Block of 4 classes for £25.
