Glasgow based family business announces Remarkable Virtual Whisky Tasting for World Whisky Day
Glasgow-based Whisky firm, Douglas Laing & Co, has partnered with itison to deliver the ultimate virtual Whisky tasting experience on World Whisky Day.

Whisky newbies and aficionados alike are invited to join an expert Brand Ambassador from the family-run company on a tasting experience through Scotland – all from the luxury and safety of home!
Participants will receive a beautifully packaged Remarkable Regional Malts tasting pack comprising 5 x 50ml miniatures; one from each of Scotland’s Whisky-producing regions, including the iconic Big Peat Islay Malt, which has amassed a somewhat cult following since its inception in 2009. The live tasting, hosted on Zoom, aims to demystify Scotch Whisky as the group is guided through nosing, tasting and appreciating Scotch Whisky in what promises to be a fun, interactive and memorable evening.
Live tastings will be held via Zoom on 16th May (World Whisky Day) and 21st May, and those who snap up the deal will also gain permanent access to a recorded tutored tasting thereafter (so don’t worry if you can’t join either of the live dates!).
