Set within Scotland’s coolest children’s entertainment complex, Fun Street, the restaurant will welcome guests from Wednesday, September 16th 2020, located inside Glasgow’s top retail centre.
The new 120 seater eaterie will be open seven days a week from 10 am until 7 pm in a vibrant, colourful setting.
Designed with comfort in mind, parents can kick back and enjoy everything from classic brunch favourites such as avocado toast to eggs florentine in the morning. For lunch or dinner, there’s an array of dishes to tempt your taste buds including fresh dough pizzas to homemade burgers and salads.
At the same time as you catch up friends or family in the restaurant, the kids can tackle the six immersive adventure zones split over two levels in Fun Street. Little ones will enjoy the children’s food offer with gourmet and organic dishes on the menu. Mini Dutch pancakes and French toast stand out, and favourites like spaghetti bolognese and bangers and mash won’t disappoint.
Erina’s Kitchen will also be serving up dreamy baked cakes and gooey slices, along with freshly squeezed organic juices, milkshakes and great coffee by Dear Green for an indulgent afternoon treat.
The new all-day menu has been developed by head chef, Stephen Pohler, who has previously commanded some of the best hotel kitchens in Glasgow such as Radisson Red and Hilton Garden Inn.
Dr Usman Qureshi and wife Mrs Shafea Qureshi, owners of Fun Street and Erina’s Kitchen, said: “With Erina’s Kitchen, we wanted to create a restaurant that you wouldn't expect to find inside a children’s entertainment complex.
“It’s got everything you need to catch up with friends or enjoy a relaxed bite to eat while your kids explore our new land of adventure.
“We’ve invested a lot into the development of our menu so that whether you fancy brunch or a slice of homemade rainbow cake the choice is yours.”
David Pierotti, general manager, Silverburn said: “Erina’s Kitchen will be a great addition to the food and beverage line-up at Silverburn, and I’m sure its unique menu will go down well with customers of all ages. It’s a really exciting time for Silverburn, as we are just a few weeks away from the opening of Fun Street, which will offer kids and parents an experience unlike any other. The health and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers remains our number one priority, and all of our safety measures remain in place. It’s been a tough time for many people, so it’s great to be able to announce such positive news.”
Erina’s Kitchen will open inside Fun Street - the first of its kind in Scotland to combine interactive play, digital innovation, augmented reality games and multi-level soft play into one dedicated venue for children aged 0 - 12 to have fun.
Split into six zones, the awe-inspiring interactive Fun Street playground has something for children of all ages with technology and creativity at the forefront of the new global venture.
Erina’s Kitchen opens on Wednesday, 16th September 2020 and will operate from 10 am till 7 pm seven days a week. You can sign up now for exclusive offers and updates at www.funstreet.co.uk
