Royal Scottish National Orchestra launch new Digital Season with award winning violinist Nicola Benedetti
Award-winning, Scottish violinist Nicola Benedetti joins the Royal Scottish National Orchestra (RSNO) and Music Director Thomas Søndergård for an online concert as part of their new digital season.

Award-winning, Scottish violinist Nicola Benedetti joins the Royal Scottish National Orchestra (RSNO) and Music Director Thomas Søndergård for an online concert of Szymanowski's Violin Concerto No1.
Filmed in the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall with 75 musicians (the most on the RSNO stage since the start of the pandemic), the 'Søndergård & Benedetti' concert programme also features Weinberg's Rhapsody on Moldavian Themes and Panufnik's Sinfonia Sacra (Symphony No3).
The concert marks the start of the RSNO's Spring/Summer Digital Season, which includes nine orchestral and chamber music concerts available for patrons to watch in the comfort of their own home.
'Søndergård & Benedetti' premieres today (Friday 16 April 2021) and is available to view on demand until Friday 30 July 2021. Tickets are £10, with £3 concession tickets available for NHS Staff, students, young people under the age of 26, patrons who are unemployed and patrons with disabilities.
