The reopening of St. Enoch Centre marks the start of an exciting year with over 140,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space launching throughout 2021, including a nine-screen Vue cinema.
Latest signings, TJ Hughes and Boom Battle Bar will open in the summer, alongside toy store Hamleys which will relocate to a new ground floor unit after committing to a further 10 years at St. Enoch Centre. Hamleys follows H&M which also committed to a new 10-year lease early this year.
Anne Ledgerwood, Centre Director of St. Enoch Centre, said: “Glasgow city centre’s retail offering is unrivalled and so is the people of Glasgow’s love for shopping, so, here at St. Enoch Centre we are looking forward to a busy few weeks ahead as people return to the city centre and begin shopping in person again.
“Although we have not been able to open our doors for the past few months, retailers at St. Enoch Centre have been busy working behind the scenes to prepare a safe and welcoming return to shopping for all. We are closely following the guidance from the Scottish Government and have implemented a range of measures to ensure public safety.
“We have a number of exciting retail and leisure openings coming up over the next few months and cannot wait to welcome back shoppers, new and old.”
St. Enoch Centre reopened today, Monday 26th April 2021, with initial minimum trading hours Mon-Sat 10am-5pm and Sunday 11am-5pm. The opening hours of individual stores will vary with some opening earlier and closing later and customers are encouraged to contact individual retailers to find out their opening hours.
