To celebrate the launch, the festival has announced three new cocktail tours in partnership with BACARDÍ for guests to explore some of the city’s best bars including The Finnieston, Radisson Red, Spiritualist, Jack’s Bar at Dakota and sky-high rooftop bar VEGA, to enjoy Glasgow one sip at a time.
Kickstarting the festival, the first 50 guests to purchase a wristband from Spiritualist on Friday can enjoy a Gimlet Royal with Bombay Sapphire and apple and blackberry liqueurs as part of their ticket price. Simply buy a Spiritualist Cocktail + wristband from www.glasgowcocktailweek.com to enjoy Glasgow’s Fore Play Crazy Golf will also be showcasing an exclusive Cocktail Week offer on tee off times this Friday, with 25 ticket holders enjoying Bombay Sapphire and tonic as part of an exclusive package.
Cocktail lovers will also be able to sample over 140 exclusive discounted cocktails and unlock Glasgow Cocktail Week menus with their wristbands at a host of almost 50 handpicked venues across the city.
You’re invited to plan your cocktail adventure with maps and menus, enjoying each venue’s two signature serves on an exclusive GCW menu which guests can enjoy when they flash their GCW wristband or digital ticket in any official venue, from £6.50 each during the festival. Festival partners include Bombay Sapphire gin, PATRÓN tequila, BACARDÍ, Dewar’s whisky, Grey Goose vodka and St. Germain.
The Merchant City / East tour features a raft of new venues including Wunderbar, Kong, NQ64, Ralph & Finns and The Gate where fans will find exclusive and interesting cocktails on the menu including Cocktail Cantina at Saint Luke’s, offering tequila and tacos from a seriously cool and brightly coloured Cantina.
Or head west to check out The Locale, Moxy hotel, El Jefe’s, Glasgow Cocktail Club and Oran Mor before venturing to the city centre to sample delicious drinks at Dakota, Blue Dog, Gaucho, Nico’s, VEGA and Platform to name a few.

The packed programme of events is full of memorable moments for guests to enjoy such as the Grey Goose fashion brunch in Ralph & Finns on Saturday, 24th September from noon until 4pm.
Guests can enjoy stunning floral backdrops, uplifting beats from DJ Elisha Mac and shop local artisan makers such as Babylon jewellery, Olivia Taylor and Kiwi and Co. For those who prefer a hands-on approach, Glasgow Cocktail Week is bringing back their ever-popular masterclasses running on both Saturdays (24th September and 1st October) during the festival. From mojitos to daiquiris, learn how to master it on your own, alongside the history of one of the world's best rums as the Bacardi brand ambassador takes you through how to create those iconic cocktails at Platform and Bowlarama.
Next week on Friday 30th + Saturday 1st October, guests can enjoy a silent disco in the sky with Silent Disco Drinks returning to VEGA, YOTEL Glasgow. Combining beautiful backdrops and tantalising cocktails with a neon-lit silent disco, the event will match different music genres to Instagrammable cocktails. Guests will flick between the channels and sip on bespoke serves, enjoying one of Glasgow’s most unique offerings.
Love martinis? Then make sure you book into the World's smallest martini bar as it pops up for Glasgow Cocktail Week outside the Dam. With table service and a bartender taking you through a martini flavour profile and Grey Goose martini flight trio - it's not to be missed. Over in the east end, St Lukes's will be unveiling a spectacular Cocktail Cantina that will serve PATRÓN slushies and Mexican-inspired tacos from a bold and colourful truck popping up during Glasgow Cocktail Week. No bookings required catch it from Thursday 30th until Sunday 2nd Oct.
On Saturday 1st October, there’s also a Silent Disco Brunch at VEGA complete with a 4-hour DJ set from Shaka Loves You, slick roller girls, refreshing BACARDĺ mojitos and of course a silent disco with disco balls galore. Tune in and enjoy the show!
Priced at £35pp, tickets include entry, a silent disco, choice of one brunch main meal, a BACARDĺ Mojito, half a bottle of prosecco per person and fruit purees to ‘Build Your Own Bellinis, PLUS non-stop disco entertainment.
