Quarriers Festival of Choirs returns to Glasgow Shopping Centres

If your Christmas spirit needs a lift after a day of intense shopping, why not take some time out of your purchasing mission to enjoy the Quarriers Festival of Choirs that is being staged at various shopping centres across Glasgow?
The angelic voices of schoolchildren, church and community choirs will be singing throughout December in Princes Square, St Enoch’s Centre and Braehead Shopping Centre. The event is raising money for Quarriers services across Scotland, which supports more than 5000 people to help make a positive impact on their lives.
This year, 15 schools are taking part, as well as 14 community choirs, and as this is the first time the Festival of Choirs has been able to be staged since 2019, it's going to be a bumper event to mark its return. We encourage everyone to take a moment to enjoy the singing and pop some money into the collection boxes to help Quarriers fund the outstanding support it provides throughout Scotland.
Lynsey Scobie, Quarriers Community Fundraiser, said: “We are thrilled to have The Festival of Choirs back on our Christmas event’s calendar this year after three years away. All the choirs are looking forward to being involved, and we are grateful for all their support and can’t wait for everyone to hear them perform a range of festive favourites.”
