New late night bar Bizarron opens in Glasgow city centre
Glasgow's newest late night bar and restaurant venue has opened – bringing a little Latin America to the city centre!

Bizarron is the brand new recreation of 111 Hope Street, formerly home to Ad Lib, serving food and drinks nightly.
The public opening of the city’s newest food and drinks venue follows a successful VIP launch night on Thursday, when guests enjoyed rum cocktails, tasty snacks, live music and even a little magic.
"How El Bizarron Fooled the Devil" is a celebrated story said to have originated in Cuba, inspiring a theme which is unique to Glasgow, with South American music, menu and moody décor and lighting.
Following refurbishment of the prime city centre venue including a newly positioned bar, all within yards of Glasgow Central Station, Bizarron opened for the first time on Friday night, with a 3am late night licence.
Gerry McGhee, co-owner of Bizarron, said: “We are all very proud to open the doors of Bizarron to the public for the first time.
“We’ve had a couple of warm-ups this week including Thursday’s private launch night and now we are 100% ready to get the party properly started at Bizarron!”
