Taking place this Saturday 22 July 2022, the afternoon affair will be a kaleidoscope of rainbow decorations, Instagrammable moments, and unforgettable entertainment.
Guests attending the Pride Brunch at VEGA will be treated to the bougiest of experiences for only £39pp. The Pride package includes welcome snacks, two delicious Absolut cocktails, a tantalising brunch main meal, and a half bottle of prosecco per person to enjoy at VEGA's renowned 'Build Your Own' bellini stations.
In true Pride spirit, the event will showcase fabulous performances by renowned Glasgow drag artists. Hosted by Queen Val Halla and with performances from October Fist, Skinny Minnie and friends. Guaranteed to captivate you with their fierce presence and incredible artistry. From high-energy lip-sync battles to mesmerising dance routines, each performance is a testament to the power of self-expression and the celebration of individuality.. Adding to the festivities, a live DJ will also spin the hottest tracks throughout the day, to get the party started and entice guests onto the dancefloor.
VEGA's brunch menu offers a tempting array of dishes, featuring classic favourites like the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Waffle, French Toast with Berries or Crispy Bacon. In addition, the menu introduces exciting new additions, such as the Avocado & Halloumi Salad, tossed with mixed leaves, pomegranate seeds, toasted walnuts, cherry tomatoes, and drizzled with a delightful maple and balsamic dressing. For those seeking a gluten-free option, the new Potato Rosti Stack awaits, boasting diced chorizo, dressed rocket, smashed avocado, and a perfectly poached egg.
Beyond the celebration, VEGA is proud to announce its support for charity LGBT Youth Scotland. With £5 from every ticket sold being donated to this important organisation and additional opportunities to donate at the event, VEGA aims to make a meaningful impact in supporting the LGBTQ+ community and the vital work of LGBT Youth Scotland.
This Pride Brunch also marks VEGA's commitment to expanding its event offerings for the LGBTQ+ community, with more exciting events set to be announced throughout the summer. The bar intends to create a safe and inclusive space for the community, including upcoming speed dating and drag nights.
