American Football fever is hitting Rutherglen based Topgolf Glasgow as the venue opens late-night this Sunday (11th February) across three floors, showing America’s ‘Big Game’ at a Super Bowl spectacular.
The high-tech golf entertainment arena is heading for a sell-out in its second year of the event which offers American Football fans and Swiftie spotters unlimited golf for the duration of the game, delicious wings and nachos, and a large screen HDTV streaming the live commentary straight into their own all-weather, climate-controlled bay.
Ticketholders will be able hit golf balls into the small hours of the night, while enjoying drinks from a fully-licensed bar, with HDTVs throughout to make sure not one single pass, punt or pocket is missed during the Kansas City Chief v San Francisco 49ers game.
The Big Game package at Topgolf has proved popular in its second year, with operators opening up all three floors to meet demand from American Football fans as the sport’s popularity continues to grow amongst Scottish audiences.
Fans can choose from two bay packages, a four and six-player bay, with the event set to kick-off at 11pm.
Simon Green, Operations Director, Topgolf Glasgow, said: “Last year’s Super Bowl event was a huge success and this year’s party will be even bigger. Sports fans will have a chance to combine unlimited golf with America’s Big Game, while enjoying classic wings and nachos from the comfort of their own bay.
“Our Super Bowl party is set to be one of the biggest in the city and we can’t wait to welcome hundreds of American Football fans along on Sunday night!”
