Bowling fans should get their shoes ready as a new monthly charity bowling day launches at VEGA Glasgow's bar, restaurant and alley on the top floor of YOTEL Glasgow.

Offering a discounted price per game, guests can enjoy a sky-high game of bowling for just £2 on the last Sunday of every month, with 100% of proceeds going to charity.
Kicking off on Sunday 27 April, £2 to Spare is designed to bring bowling fans of all levels together to raise funds for a different local charity every three months. From April to June, VEGA is supporting Cash for Kids, a charity dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged children across the UK.
“We wanted to create a fun, community-driven experience that not only gets people together but also gives back to causes that matter,” said Neil Taylor, General Manager at VEGA. “By making bowling super accessible at £2 per game, we’re inviting everyone to be part of something good – and have a brilliant time doing it. There will even be a special prize for the best score on the day- so it will get competitive!”
Located in the heart of Glasgow, VEGA is known for its neon-lit bowling lanes, bold interiors, delicious cocktails, and panoramic city views – making it the ideal place to spend a Sunday with friends or family.
£2 to Spare will run on the last Sunday of every month, starting 27 April , with bookings now open via VEGA’s website. A minimum of six players per group is required.
