A natural eyesight care workshop with Anna Bambridge.
-Learn practical tools to care for and improve your eyesight
-Become aware of the connections between your eyesight and all other aspects of your being; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual
-Learn effective ways to relax and enhance inner and outer connection
Natural vision education is about expanding our perceptions and experiencing in new ways. In this workshop we will explore and learn how to balance light and dark, movement and rest, left and right. We will learn how to widen our peripheral awareness giving us more context and a better sense of perspective.
We will learn practical eyesight care which can maintain and improve our sight , however, vision education also helps nurture our vision in a wider sense. Our ability to see more deeply is a skill that we can practise in eyesight and in life.
Seeing mindfully means integrating our outer vision and our own unique inner vision. The workshop group will be kept small so that we can share our experiences with each other and the work can be specifically tailored to your needs. There will be some discussion but it will mostly be a very practical workshop where we will actively engage with different ways of experiencing, stimulating and nurturing our sight. It will be a gentle workshop with a light-hearted approach to deep awareness.
"Thank you for today, my eyes feel like they have been bathed in spring water! I have very different vision in both eyes and I feel peaceful and more harmonious. It feels like two sides of my existence/perception have become more aligned." Susan
"I just wanted to let you know that I went for an eye test today and my eyesight has improved in both eyes. I was really happy with this result and couldn't have done it without you. I will continue to practice the techniques you taught me and hopefully will continue to see an improvement. Thanks for helping me on my vision journey."
"Anna Bambridge offers us, without any adornment, many valuable treasures: silence, pause, time, space to feel, to discover for ourselves the consciousness, the attitude, the presence so necessary in our lives and to all our well-being, not just that of our eyes."
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
