Pregnancy can so often feel like we are caught in a whirlwind - so much to do to prepare to think about! We tend to focus on practicalities like painting a nursery choosing the right pram shopping for those adorable baby clothes sorting out maternity leave...It can be exciting fun overwhelming and stressful all at the same time. Caught up in all the preparations we can easily get distracted from what is important - connection with your little one and with your incredible body that is growing new life inside of it.
I want to invite you to a FREE mini-retreat to take a brief moment to breathe... A moment to relax to connect and to reassure yourself - YOU CAN DO IT!
What can you expect:
- A guided meditation and visualization. Let go of stress and tension as you embrace the present moment listen to your body and your baby connect to yourself and envision a positive and empowering birth experience.
- Pregnancy Affirmations Workshop: Discover the transformative power of positive affirmations as you create your personalized cards. We will explore how and why affirmations are used during pregnancy and birth and you will leave with 2-3 cards to keep the positivity going all through your journey into parenthood.
- Q&A Session: Have your questions and concerns addressed by knowledgeable antenatal educators during an interactive Q&A session. Whether you're seeking information on childbirth newborn care or navigating the challenges of motherhood this is your opportunity to gain valuable insights and support.
- Tea/ Coffee Cake and Chill Vibes: You don't have to be spiritual or crafty to attend. This mini-retreat is aimed at giving time for yourself - taking a pause and just enjoying the company of others who are on a similar journey. And if nothing else - come for some free cake!

You don't need to bring anything or prepare in any way - just show up we will have everything you need available!
This event is aimed at people at any stage of pregnancy whether you just found out or you are only a few days away from meeting your little one - you are welcome to join!
Parking near the venue is free on a Sunday.
