Working with local ‘hero organisations’ Play on Pedals will give the opportunity for pre-school children across Glasgow to have the chance to learn to ride a bike before they start school. This will happen through providing free training for volunteers to become instructors, instructor trainers and maintenance volunteers as well as the distribution of bikes and resources to those who cannot access them.
